I’ve placed an order online but want to change it, how do I do this?
Please contact the branch that your order was placed with. There is a contact number on the order confirmation alternatively you can email firstname.lastname@example.org
My payment has been declined, what do I do now?
Please check that all card details have been entered correctly, along with the billing name and registered address for that card. You may also need to check with your bank there are no problems with your card.

How do I request a quote for the products I need?
If you place all the items you require into your shopping cart you can then convert this into a quotation by clicking the ‘Convert to Quotation’ button, this sends an email to the sales team who can reply directly with a quote. Alternatively, you can email the sales office at firstname.lastname@example.org with a list of products and quantities you require.
Are all the products you sell available online?
No. Although we have a large range of products available to purchase through our website, we are constantly expanding our range and can also help you source non common items. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, contact your nearest branch or email email@example.com with your enquiry.
Can I order a sample of a product?
Most samples will be available from your local branch.
Do you offer a cutting service?
All our branches offer a free cutting service on timber and sheet materials bought from George Hill.
Do you offer a brick matching service?
Yes, please contact your local branch for details.
Can I exchange an item in branch?
Yes you can, within fourteen days of purchase. Please see our full returns policy here.
Are you open to the public?
Yes, we are open to the trade and public 6 days a week.
What are the opening hours of my local branch?

When will my online order be delivered?
A delivery timeframe will have been given to you when the order was placed. A member of our team will be in contact to confirm an exact delivery date. We do try to indicate on each product the expected delivery time.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Local delivery is free. Unfortunately, we do not offer non local delivery at this time, to check you are eligible for free delivery please check our branches page and enter your post code.
Will the delivery driver carry my goods inside or onto my property?
No. Our deliveries are kerb-side only. Access for HIAB/mechanical offload is at the discretion of the driver.
There isn’t a branch near me, are you still able to deliver?
No, unfortunately we only offer local deliveries in the North-West of England.
Can I link my website account with my trade account?

Can I view my invoices, credits and make credit balance payments online?
Yes, you can view orders and invoices online once you have completed the online trade account access application form. You won’t be able to make balance payments online.
