Concrete Patterned Base Panel
Steel reinforced concrete patterned base panel’s are a decorative panel that are slotted into the fence posts under wooden fence panels preventing contact with the ground or to keep back soil on different levels. They can also be built up on top of one another to form a solid concrete panel fence.
