PIR boards are an advanced insulation product and they have rigid foam panels with aluminium foil facing. These high-performance boards have excellent thermal resistance while also being relatively thin which makes them ideal for areas where space is at a premium, such as in wall cavities or pitched roofs. They are also moisture-resistant which helps prevent condensation issues.

Multi-foil insulation uses multiple layers of reflective foil and wadding to create a barrier against heat loss.
